PulseDesk Academy is an interactive scenario-based learning simulation designed to train IT support employees on incident investigation, troubleshooting workflows, escalation decision-making, and operational response procedures inside a SaaS environment. The project was designed as a realistic enterprise learning experience inspired by modern product education and LMS platforms. Learners progress through a multi-step incident response simulation involving VPN instability, authentication failures, escalation logic, and performance assessment. The experience combines instructional design principles, UX thinking, realistic operational workflows, and AI-assisted prototyping to create an engaging technical training simulation.
